This Category 6 outdoor assembly uses an unshielded, solid cable that is suitable for direct burial. It is water blocked and has a rugged polyolefin black jacket. This cable is heavy duty (5.84mm jacket diameter) with a gel filled core. This assembly features a one-piece connector with strain relief clamp that makes it extremely durable.

The flexible snagless boot provides protection for the RJ45 clip and helps prevent tangles. Solid cable can be used for all lengths up to 100 meters (328 feet) per 1000BaseT specifications, and is required for lengths longer than 25 feet.
