Exit Angle:

Also known as "degree of cable exit" and "exit degree" is the angle, in degrees, that the cable exits the connector backshell. Common options are 90°, 120°, and 180°.

90°: The cable exits 90 degrees from connector.
120°: The cable exits 120 degrees from connector.
180°: The cable exits 180 degrees from connector. Commonly referred to as "straight exit".

Along with choosing the exit angle you may have the option of choosing the connector orientation (left or right facing).
